"The creation of the copper sink - a unique project of its kind in Israel and in the world"

We are proud to present a one-of-a-kind project in Israel and in the world that seeks to recreate the legendary copper sink, which was used by the priests in the Temple in Jerusalem. This special work, which seeks to stimulate the mind, body and spirit, will be placed in the public space in the holy city of Jerusalem and will incorporate innovative water revitalization technology

The sink will be designed and created by the multidisciplinary artist Rinat Lok Elhaik , in cooperation with the "Sky" company, the initiator of the project .

The technology is of heaven and is based on knowledge from the Bible expressed both in the mitzvot of the copper basin and the construction of the copper serpent attributed to Moshe Rabbu.

The spectacular creation will be created in a way that will bring to physical and artistic expression a heavenly idea of a desire to receive and in order to

to have an impact on the world and will include 144,000 dazzling copper mirrors, in memory of the "mirrors of the tsubaoth" as described in the story of the biblical legend, in which women of the people of Israel donated their personal mirrors that they used for beautification, for the purpose of building the tabernacle.

In this extra-temporal project, personal mirrors will be created that will be reflected in the arrival of Israeli women around the world. Every woman and her appearance, every woman and her unique reflection, every woman and her one light in the world, every woman's name and position will be engraved in a part of the whole, as a symbol of the ancient act of "half the shekel" - a part of the whole, the perfect, the peace

"Thanks to women Israel was redeemed and thanks to women the future will be redeemed" - this sentence contains the strength and power inherent in women, a power that connects the past, present and future. The women, with their spiritual strength and their ability to unite and unite, play a central role in building a new and pure future.

The copper sink, in this project, emphasizes the special role of Jewish women from all over the world, who bring with them their unique light, each in their own way, and unite them all around the common values of giving, unity, healing and peace.

Every woman will have the privilege of taking part in the creation of the complete sink, every woman who buys one of the copper mirrors, will be invited to the "Eighth Thousand Gathering" where all 144,000 women will offer a joint prayer on the tongue of the Shiloh female in Jerusalem and at its culmination all the mirrors will be attached to their place, filling the gaps, in exemplary order and craftsmanship Thought.

This is a project that embraces all sections of the people and all shades of society - women from all sectors and faiths, all partners in the process of creating a pure and united space, in complete Jerusalem, "Yerusholom" - the city of peace.

From destruction to building - the idea of the copper sink was born out of the destruction of the Temple, the echo of which continues to reverberate in the national consciousness of the people of Israel to this day. In the age we live in, especially after the events of October 7, Israeli society needs comfort and healing more than ever. The public space, as an integral part of our being of life, offers an opportunity to bring about a tangible change, which has the power to resonate from the outside to the inside and help heal the old and new pain that have met and awaken both old and new wounds.

This is not a public sculpture, however beautiful it may be, but a masterpiece that crosses opinions, genders and borders, one that has the power to infuse the public space and Israeli society with a consciousness of healing and renewal. This is a venture that touches the depth of the collective soul, and offers a space of connection, repair and transcendence from the fracture.

Living water in the public space - the purified living water that will flow in the sink will be a symbol of life itself, purity and the feminine power that connects the ends of society. Water as pure energy can purify not only the body, but also the space and the mind, and unite all shades, religions and opinions. In Jerusalem, the city of peace, water will serve as a connecting medium between the past and the future, between people, ideas and souls.

The water flowing in the sink, in cooperation with the advanced technology of the company "Shemeiim - Mayim Haim", will create a connecting and meaningful public space, where every person can drink from the water, recharge with positive energy and feel part of the whole

Why water? The connection between the copper basin and the living water is not accidental. Sky is upper water, it expresses the higher mind - the broad point of view, which allows a comprehensive view like the flight of a bird in all directions of the wind, towards the far horizon, while seeing the whole picture.

Water is the animals of creation, they are the bearers of its life and renewal. They are the pulsating force in all creation, and therefore also symbolize healing and repair. It is no coincidence that in the blessing of food it is said: "What you drink will be for medicine." The water is able to heal, as studies from the last decade have revealed that it carries memory. With the power of the water, pulsing in the copper sink, to heal not only the body but also the soul, and to assist in a deep social healing process, which is essential for this time.

The sink will be a center of attraction and will be a living spring for healing, unity and connection, a force that leads to inner and outer peace, thanks to the connection of the women, the water and Jerusalem, which make it possible to bring healing and unity to all of us.

Rabbi Malovitch (Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson) would emphasize a lot the role of the Jewish woman in redemption

This project is not only a memory from the ancient past, but also a bridge to the future, which cherishes their role

The center of women in the physical and spiritual worlds. It expresses the strength of unity and the beauty of diversity. Together, this wonderful sink will stand as a symbol of hope, purity and connection for future generations

May the copper sink resonate not only in our country but throughout the entire world and spread infinite light in all worlds
